Being known to the market is no longer enough to sell. You have to have some ethics, be socially responsible, have a good reputation.

 

This is the result of a survey carried out by Osservatorio Socialis of Errepi Comunicazione together with the IXE Institute. 68% of the interviewed consumers over 18 have stated to take into consideration a company’s ethics before making a purchase choice.

Attention to the corporate reputation and ethical attitude of a company seems to mostly prevail among women, people from 30 till 44 years of age, and educated individuals, who are usually the most advanced segment in the evolution of consumers’ choices, more receptive, more sensitive to new stimuli and more aware.
